I see you.

 You have big dreams.

You can decide today to

make those dreams a reality.

But you have to do something

you haven’t been great at so far…

taking consistent, focused action.

I thought about starting my own business for at least a year before I joined Accountability Works. I had all kinds of plans and intentions, but I never took action and, deep down inside, I knew I never would. The commitments I’ve made – and the support I continue to receive from my accountability group – have enabled me to reach my goal of making 5-figures in one month. I know for a fact that my business idea would still be an ‘idea’ if I wasn’t in an accountability group. There is power in making a commitment that you know will serve you well and then being held accountable to fulfilling it.

Introducing

Accountability Works®

the premiere program for

goal-setting, action-taking, soulpreneurs

who are ready to GO BIG.

When I first joined Accountability Works I was in desperate need of some clarity.  I knew I wanted to grow my business but wasn’t sure where to start or how to make things happen. It provided me with the space and tools to prioritize and start checking action items off my list.  That was over a year ago.  Since then my practice has doubled and I’ve put so many systems in place for my business to run more smoothly.  What I dearly love about Accountability Works is the fact that I get so much done and I have fun in the process.  There is such an incredible feeling at the end of a session to realize not just how far I’ve come but also how far the people in my group have come.

For me accountability is reporting in – having someone hold my feet to the fire. If left to my own devises, working alone, I procrastinate and waste time. It’s incredibly reinforcing to have a team that is excited when I’m winning and who won’t allow excuses.

Since joining Accountability Works I now know how to plan, how to set measurable objectives, and how to plot out my time. I’ve definitely been more productive as a result.

Meet the Coaches

Hi, I’m Ali Schiller and I’m the creator of Accountability Works. Three years ago, I was working alone in a shed in my backyard, dreaming of helping people change their lives one commitment at a time. I never thought I’d be doing video conferences with clients across the globe. I never thought I’d be certifying coaches who loved the process so much they wanted to take it back to their communities. I certainly never thought I’d be holding workshops for 500+ people. But I can tell you it all happened one week at time. One session at a time. I know firsthand that we make better choices, we recognize our barriers, and get results faster – when we are accountable. Plus, it’s a lot more fun to succeed together than flail alone.

Shauna Lay is one of our founding members. She used the program to take her yoga classes from in studio to online. She has since created two online courses and several in person retreats. She has a thriving community of followers who come to her for weekly tips on life, spirituality, yoga, and business. She is a coach, a teacher’s teacher, a trained engineer (bet you didn’t see that one coming!), wife to her high school sweetheart, and mother of their two young boys. Shauna has a way of making you feel at peace with yourself when you are around her. Despite her full plate, she always has time for you. Her super power is being present. She has put attention and focus on it for years. She listens like no other and she holds you accountable with an insightful clarity that when you hear her feedback makes you wonder how she got so much from what you just said.

Karin Martin takes the phrase “No Fear” to a whole new level. She is a commercial airline captain turned soulpreneur after she enrolled in a Ramit Sethi course and realized she could turn her passion for accountability into a second career. Now she coaches, flies jet airplanes, tandem surfs big Hawaiian waves with her husband (yes, as in hanging upside down in the air on a wave as big as house!), and because she loves it so much – she also teaches Tahitian dancing and donates the proceeds to charity. Karin does not back down from a challenge. She’s witty, funny, and extremely disciplined. You will find her to be an inspiring leader, with a knack for putting you at ease the moment you meet her. She also brings her special aloha magic to every call so that even when she is holding your feet to the fire, you always feel the love.

Dale Carrillo is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who has mastered the art of reinvention. In the last decade she started a bustling local coffee shop and sold it, became a Certified Sommelier consulting and working with some of the finest wineries in the country, studied online entrepreneurship, and got her Accountability Works certification. She never met an animal she didn’t like. She’s been married for 29 years (makes you think she got married at 12!). She is attracted to wisdom and is not afraid to follow where that thirst for knowledge takes her. Her super power is bringing out the best in you. She knows what it’s like to take risks and make big life changes at 30, 40, and 50. No matter what her feedback is for you, she will always deliver it with a warm smile and a twinkle in her eye that says, “you’ve got this.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who will be in my group?

A: Your coach and your group members will be determined by your goals, your schedule, and your experience in the program.

Q: What if I can’t be on every call?

A: 80% attendance is required. However, we highly encourage you to attend each and every call.

Q: What types of goals can I work on?

A: Most people work on a combination of business and personal goals. A typical week might be to call 3 prospective clients, write the copy for your next marketing email, exercise 4 times, and update your finances in Quickbooks.

Q: Do you offer a payment plan?

A: Yes, all payments are collected monthly. The cost of the program is $197/month. We have members who have been with us for years and have used the program to accomplish multiple professional, financial, health and wellness, and relationship goals. It easily becomes a must have for anyone that wants to reach their goals faster.

Q: How is this different from meeting with a group of friends or colleagues?

A: The main difference is that groups are managed by a skilled coach trained in the principles of commitment and accountability. The tendency with a group of friends or colleagues is to avoid uncomfortable conversations. This is why they often don’t work or peter out after a short period of time. As uncomfortable as it is, people want to be held accountable. They want to see what doesn’t work and learn from it. Our coaches excel at giving unbiased, direct, honest feedback. We know that these are the most valuable conversations and what you are paying us for. Also, because we charge for our service our members are invested in getting results and therefore they take their group and their commitments seriously. They show up every week and they do their work which pushes everyone to do their best.

Q: What does it mean to be held accountable?

A: We define accountability as observation without judgment. Every week we are going to ask you to commit to specific actions that are in alignment with the big goals that you defined at the outset of the program. Every time we meet you are going to check in on those commitments and let us know whether or not you completed them and if not, why not. That is being held accountable. We hold your commitments as absolutely achievable so that when you don’t complete them it often reveals a pattern of behavior, a limiting belief, or fear. At times that can be a difficult conversation to have but those are the ones that lead to the big breakthroughs and aha moments that inevitably come with achieving a big goal.

Q: I’ve tried everything to stop procrastinating and follow through on my goals, will accountability work for me?

A: There are a lot of fabulous books, planners, time management systems, Facebook groups, masterminds, business coaches, online courses and more that you can access to learn how to do what it is that you want to achieve. This program is not about knowing how or when to do something. It’s about actually doing it. We are totally focused on action. Accountability Works because you are being observed. The observer effect (from physics) states that the observer effects the phenomenon being observed. In this case we are observing and measuring for one thing only, success at your stated goals, that makes a huge difference on how you show up every week. It takes your own energy and motivation and multiplies it by 4 people. It sounds intense and it is but if you have things you’ve wanted for a long time but haven’t been able to achieve on your own, maybe that’s just because there is a better way to go about it. A way that is less lonely and a lot more fun. Believe it our not people love being held accountable. We do gratitude at the end of every call and 9 times out 10 each person is grateful for the group, for the insight they gained, or for a piece of constructive feedback. There is nothing like being supported by a group of people that are as motivated and open minded as you are.

The Secret is Out

Don’t just take it from us, let our members do the talking.

Due to my group, I have completed a lot of things which I wouldn’t have, if not for them and Ali. Items such as: Reading, crafting core values, and a vivid vision for my company. I’m currently in the midst of documenting all processes. I would like to share that Ali has been truly life changing in my business and my life and would love for others to get the same benefit.

My one wish is that I found her earlier in my career! Her executive coaching skills and accountability works program are phenomenal.

Ali Schiller has forced me to stretch my management and leadership skills- teaching me how to sustainably grow my career as an executive leader. Ali helped me identify target areas of self-growth to focus on in building a successful corporation, always correcting behavior patterns that could lead to exhaustion, resentment, and burn out.

Accountability is a necessity not a luxury in my life.  I like to think of it as a learned skill to help navigate the busy business roads with a few less bumps along the way. It’s amazing to start off with a really focused business plan with action steps and a timeline. What’s even cooler is to look back at your year and all your realized goals with confidence and pride knowing that next year will be bigger and better – with focus, a carefully crafted plan of attack, and a great team to encourage, inspire, and keep me accountable.

Where will you be in 12 weeks?

Think back to 3 months ago. What was on your to-do list? What dreams did you have? If you’re like most people, the list looks strikingly similar to the list sitting in front of you and the dreams in the back of your mind today. Now fast forward 3 months into the future. Is it the same list? The same fantasies? It doesn’t have to be. You can decide today to make those dreams a reality. And we can make it happen. Together.
