The Midyear Check-in

 

I put together a simple version of what we do with our clients so you can try it on your own. It’s always valuable to assess where you are before you plan what you want to do next. Since we are tracking all of these things with our clients it’s easy for us to do these calls in 45 minutes but you might need to take some extra time to walk through this on your own. Taking the time is always worth it.

  • How does it make you feel?
  • Is there anything you want to add, remove, or change?

Check in on your 2026 goals: 

  • Are you where you want to be at this point in the year? 
  • What’s been working well? 
  • What’s been harder than expected? 

Set Q3/Summer Goals (you can use our Action Plan for this too.) 

  • Having looked at your 3-year vision and 2026 goals, what stands out to you for this quarter? 
  • What does your summer look like? Are you taking any short or long trips? If so, create goals that allow you to have that spaciousness.
  • Where are you experiencing momentum that you want to build on? 
  • Is there anything you want to do now that will prepare you for the fall? 
  • Where do you want to focus your energy right now?

Flash forward 3 months from now, assume you have accomplished your goals, how are you feeling, where are you at, what is going on with you?
