This week we are happy to share our AW Member Q+A with Alexandra Marchant Ascarez. When I met Alex, she was living in San Francisco, raising three young boys, and dreaming up her business. She attended a vision retreat I was holding in the Santa Barbara mountains. I was immediately taken with her bright smile and warmth. She has worked with us many times over the years since. From both the east and west coasts, when she moved back to Europe, when she moved her family to Bali. Now she is back in her home country of Belgium. It’s been my total pleasure to watch Alex evolve over the years. To see her vision expand and to watch her follow her heart, live her practices, and teach what she has learned. She is a mentor and coach to many, and she is an inspiration to us.

Name…

Alexandra Marchant Ascarez

My true north/WHY is…

To be an agent of change guiding women to embody only Love so they are ready to live their life in Joy and create a ripple effect on all who cross their path.

My expertise/zone of genius is…

Loving and living Life fully trusting what is to come and guiding women to (re)connect to this dimension in themselves through meditation and daily power practices.

My daily practices are…

When I am being accountable: Meditation, breathing fresh air while walking the boys to school, Strala yoga and practicing the teachings that I have embodied about the Heart and Spiritual intelligence so far. In a nutshell, first and foremost, I practice being a Love Master in training daily.

My favorite indulgence is…

Drinking a ginger tea after a good movement practice (either yoga or nordic walking in nature). I can feel the feeling of ease and gratitude just writing this.

I’m reading, listening and/or watching…

I recently reduced the time spent reading, listening and watching anything because I am focusing on writing a book but, I can’t help it, when Tara Stiles, Gabby Bernstein “Dear Gabby” or Dr. Avanti “The Healing Catalyst” launch a new episode of their podcast, I always end up listening to it.

Other than that, in my car, in the kitchen or writing from my home office, I listen to high vibrations music like mantras. I love listening to Lauren Daigle and when Friday comes.. Lost Frequencies is always in my playlist, the best Belgian DJ. ;o)

To me, accountability is…

The best way to move out of your comfort zone, because you KNOW it is time to grow, while being supported and celebrated every step of the way.

Accountability Works helps me…

To create a sacred time to pause to write down what my Heart and Soul are craving for and translate it into aligned action steps, to look how to incorporate that in my daily life as a mom entrepreneur and the most challenging part: to stick to it. It helps me stay consistent and focused in the areas of my life where I love receiving support.

I have been an Accountability Works member since 2014. At first to create my dream career and move forward regarding the family vision I had. Year after year, I have used AW to go much deeper, to work more on anchoring my foundations practice and to commit to the daily practice of following my heart and only taking actions from that place. It has been fantastic to see how Ali, Marissa and their coaches adapted their support to my goals which were less and less in matter.

You can connect with me or learn more about what I do…

I can’t wait to connect with you,
