It’s summer, kids are out of school, the sun is shining (most of the time) and there is a feeling of celebration and optimism in the air. What a perfect time to share our Q+A with Robin Kelley!

understand your contribution, and then distill it in a way that fills you with confidence so you’re ready to take on the next challenge. We’ve watched Robin leave her career, start her own business, and fully move into running a successful company while maintaining healthy boundaries and a lifestyle centered on family.
Robin brings her contagious optimism and enthusiasm for learning and growth to everyone she meets. You can always count on Robin to be sharing a new book or podcast, a favorite product, or a best restaurant. And although she loves trying new things, she is also someone who is incredibly committed to her practices. Whatever is going on at work or at home, Robin is not going to let her morning routine slide.

Spending uninterrupted time in the early morning to journal, meditate and read. Exercise and healthy eating play a big role in my life. I’m not perfect, but I do make both a priority. I also prioritize connecting with people who inspire and challenge me.

Scrolling through Instagram and looking at photos of Paris and the French Riviera.

To me, accountability is…
Following through on what I said I was going to do. If I made a commitment, there was a strong reason behind the decision. Of course, this is typically something very challenging, but I know from experience that being held accountable in a supportive way has led me to living my best life.
