Whether it’s growing a business, improving physical health, or organizing their home, our groups are doing things most of us can relate to and yet, still put off. The great thing is now they won’t have to because they will have structure, support, and accountability to get them done!
Our main goal as coaches is to have our members end the year on purpose, feeling great about the progress they made and that they didn’t burn themselves out or beat themselves up along the way but instead made choices each week that were compassionate and intentional.
Especially since we know that the holiday season can intensify everything—mental, emotional, and physical—not to mention the time constraints and busy schedules that make sticking to goals even more challenging. That’s why having a supportive community to keep you on track is so valuable.
We hope you enjoyed this look into what our fall accountability group goals. I always find it inspiring, and it makes me reflect on areas where I could use more accountability—because, as we say, accountability works!
